NRCC sent me a survey today -- what do I send back?

I donated a few bucks to the USO awhile back.  Supporting the troops is a worthy cause.

This got me printed mailing labels with my first name oddly munged (but my address right :) ), and got me put on a lot of other postal mailing lists, all sharing the munged name.  Apparently this includes Republican lists (I guess they don't think Democrats support the troops).  For the most part, I just throw that crap out.  

But today, in the mail, was a "Congressional District Survey"...

The envelope design was such that you couldn't reasonably tell that it was begging for money until you opened it.  "Registered survey", "Official Document", etc.  I was almost expecting Ed McMahon to tell me "you may have won a million dollars" until I opened it.  (Sadly, the last thing I expected was correspondance from my congressman, who as near as I can tell, doesn't think I'm in his district because I'm on a boundary.)

Inside is in fact an actual survey, filled with the kind of leading dumbass questions you'd expect from the NRCC.  Also, there was a letter addressed to "Dear Republican Friend", explaining about how this was such a historic survey and yadda yadda yadda and please GIVE US MONEY IN 14 DAYS.  Some lowlights:

The phrase "Nancy Pelosi Democrat" must be trademarked or something, considering how often it's used.

They're pushing for tough borders and immigration, a sentiment that even most Republicans don't agree with.

I have to laugh when I see them ask about making veteran's benefits a priority, given the shitty job they've done thus far.

Obama's name is never mentioned.  Hillary Clinton's is, though.  "Should we fight against a Hillary Clinton-style government takeover of the health care system?"  

There's more, but I think I'm getting ill reading phrases such as "rock solid Republicans like you".  

The other notable thing is that they sent me pre-paid postage envelope for me to return the survey.  I was planning on printing out this article:

on their accounting scandal.  But did anyone else want me to enclose anything to our "dear friends" at the NRCC?  No, I'm not gonna attach a brick or sack of coal...  I like my USPS mail lady too much to put her through that nonsense.  Any legal suggestions from Kossacks, ideally ones that involve minimal hassle on my part?
